Custom Logo Embroidery Information

At Jones Sports Co., we specialize in creating high-quality, custom-embroidered golf and lifestyle bags to help showcase your brand. Whether for corporate events, tournaments, or retail opportunities, our custom embroidery service ensures your logo looks professional and stands out.

Logo Guidelines

To ensure the best results, please follow these specifications:

  • File Formats Accepted: PNG, JPG, EPS, PDF, EMB, PXF, DST (contingent on quality and sizing)

  • Logo Colors: If you know your logo’s Madeira thread colors or Pantone, please provide this information. 

  • Please contact your Account Representative or call Jones Sports Co. to submit a new logo. There is a fee associated with a new logo set up.

Embroidery Decoration Process

Logo Submission: Submit your logo to your sales representative in one of the approved formats listed above.

  1. Color Matching: If you can not provide Madeira thread colors or PMS colors, we will match your colors to the best matched Madeira thread.

  2. Digital Proof: An order summary will be emailed to you, showing thread color, placement and other details. This will allow you to check and ensure the order is correct before production. If any other proofing is necessary, it will be communicated through your sales representative. 

  3. Production: Once that order summary has been approved, we will move this into our production queue. (Your sales representative will have shared/ confirmed the production time.)

New Customization Option: Heat Press

We now offer a heat press customization option, primarily used to maximize the apparel pocket on a golf bag. This is not the typical type of personalization. Reach out to your sales representative to inquire and learn more.

Pricing and Lead Times

Pricing:

  • 1 Unit: $12.50 per embroidery
  • 2-71 Units: $7.50 per embroidery
  • 72+ Units: $2.50 per embroidery
    • Additional Logo: $7.50 per embroidery
    • All Personalization (names, initials etc.): $12.50 per embroidery


Additional Services:

  • Single product orders: +10%

  • Logo digitization setup: $75

  • P.U.D wholesale: -15%

  • Heat Transfer: $10

  • Lead Times: Logo submission and approval times vary based on account requirements and internal Jones processes. Both parties must complete their respective reviews. Standard production time varies depending on seasonality.
