What are the pre-set logos?
Jones has uploaded all of the logos that we have file. If the logo is set for color coordination, Jones has pre-selected the thread colors accordingly. If you click into the logo to customize, you may change the thread color to your preference. 

What if Jones has a logo on file that you do not want anymore?
Please contact your Jones Sports Co. rep to let them know that you no longer want this logo visible. 

How to upload a new logo?
Please send your Jones Sports Co. rep the logo that you would like to use and shop with. If possible, please send the logo in PXF file type. We also accept EPS, PDF, EMB, DST (contingent on quality and sizing). There might be a Logo Set-up fee if the file needs to get digitized.

Once an order is placed, your Jones Sports Co. Sales Rep will be in contact shortly to confirm your order or work with you to mend the order. The Sales Rep will also provide an estimated ship date, unless otherwise specified. Please notify your sales rep if the order needs to be delivered on a certain date.

Disclaimer: Shipping and Invoicing 
This platform is only for placing orders and visually shopping your Jones products digitally. Once the order has shipped, Jones will add the shipping cost to the invoice. The invoice will be sent via Cin7, Mailto: once the order has shipped.
